接到生產(chǎn)指令單或拿到一個樣品,首先先確定它的鋼絲直徑、圈數(shù)、彈簧外徑內徑、螺距等參數(shù),然后選用相印的鋼絲放到料盤上,鋼絲逆時針穿過料盤上的每一個孔,先從料盤左前方的穿起。
然后穿過校直輪,再是壓線板,壓線板只能選用相同或略大于鋼絲直徑的,不能小。再繼續(xù)穿過送線輪,送線輪也必須選相同或略大于鋼絲直徑的,且要朝下放置。鋼絲越大送線輪要壓的越緊,以雙手緊為止。后是芯棒,芯棒也只能選用相同或略大于鋼絲直徑的,小于1.2包括1.2的要加套筒。
