機(jī)械密封彈簧壓縮量測量直接用卡尺測是,先測量在自由狀態(tài)下的彈簧伸縮量,再測量機(jī)封安裝到位后的量,一減是壓縮量。
集裝式密封可以不用自己去定壓縮量,因為整個密封裝好時已定好了,非集裝式密封要根據(jù)不同的泵的類型來測量。
單彈簧機(jī)械密封的壓縮量為50%—70%,大概密封壓死后放開3—5mm,多彈簧(碟形簧)的壓縮量為90%左右,即機(jī)械密封壓死后放開1.5—2.5mm即可。同時還要考慮密封面的寬窄,彈簧的力度,工作時受力狀態(tài)。
調(diào)節(jié)彈簧壓縮量是為了滿足彈簧比壓,而不是為壓縮量而壓縮量,不管它是單彈簧還是多彈簧。通常,機(jī)泵機(jī)械密封的彈簧比壓大致控制在1.3—2.8kgf/cm2左右。佳取值多少要根據(jù)實際工況條件、摩擦副配對材質(zhì)、補(bǔ)償環(huán)輔助密封圈結(jié)構(gòu)型式和要與載貨系數(shù)K值相適應(yīng)等等。
泵用機(jī)械密封檢修中的誤區(qū):
(1)彈簧壓縮量越大密封效果越好。其實不然,彈簧壓縮量過大,可導(dǎo)致摩擦副急劇磨損,瞬間燒損;過度的壓縮使彈簧失去調(diào)節(jié)動環(huán)端面的能力,導(dǎo)致密封失效。
(2)動環(huán)密封圖越緊越好。其實動環(huán)密封圈過緊有害無益。一是加劇密封圈與軸套間的磨損,過早泄漏;二是增大了動環(huán)軸向調(diào)整、移動的阻力,在工況變化頻繁時無法適時進(jìn)行調(diào)整;三是彈簧過度疲勞易損壞;四是使動環(huán)密封圈變形,影響密封效果。
